Deliveries and Refunds Policy

Welcome to DecorArts! We want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you, so please take a moment to review our deliveries and returns policy.

DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders within Singapore, our standard delivery charge is based on the overall size of the package. The price ranges between SGD20 and SGD55. During promotional periods, we may offer free delivery or delivery discounts within Singapore. For deliveries outside of Singapore, charges will be based on prevailing shipment rates.

DELIVERY DURATION

Because each order is custom-made or printed through our third-party supplier production houses, the typical delivery duration is approximately 3-4 weeks from the order confirmation date. However, for orders that require [specific customization or special handling], the delivery duration may extend to 4-6 weeks.

DELIVERY CANCELLATION & RE-DELIVERY

In the event of delivery cancellation on the scheduled date, the delivery charges paid are non-refundable. Should re-delivery be necessary, an additional delivery fee will apply, calculated according to our standard delivery charges. If a delivery is returned due to reasons such as the customer being unreachable during delivery, an incorrect delivery address, or no one being available to receive the item at the delivery address, return delivery charges will be applicable. Standard delivery fees will also be charged for re-delivery. Please note that promotional delivery fees are not applicable for re-delivery.

REFUNDS

Please be aware that all orders are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as our designs are custom-made to order. Any deposit made for item reservation or stock is also non-refundable. In the rare event of a mutually agreed refund, a payment processing fee and admin fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and will be charged at the standard delivery rate, even if any promotional delivery charges were applied to the original order.
