1. All Sales of Artworks

Due to the nature of original and limited-edition artworks, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, including but not limited to:

• Style or colour preference

• Size expectations

• Personal taste after purchase

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The artwork must be unused and in its original packaging

• Clear photos of the damage and packaging must be provided

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or

• A refund to your original payment method

3. Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging our artworks. However, if damage occurs during shipping:

• Please retain all original packaging

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Original artworks

• Limited edition artworks

• Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order pieces

• Sale or discounted items

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Bank or payment provider processing times may vary

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered in cases of:

• Damaged items

• Defective items

• Incorrect artwork sent

All exchange requests are subject to availability.
