1. Local Shipping (Singapore)

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

• Self-Collection: Available at our studio (by appointment)

All local orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage.

2. International Shipping

• Delivery times depend on the destination: 7–21 business days

• Tracking numbers provided for all international shipments

• Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient

3. Packaging & Protection

• Each artwork is securely wrapped and framed (if applicable)

• Fragile items include extra padding and protective materials

• Oversized items may require special handling

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Email confirmation with tracking link

• Estimated delivery date

• Updates on shipment progress

5. Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on delivery method and location
