NOTE ON FRAME TYPE

By default, our wall art designs come with a standard frame. If you require a different frame type, additional fees will apply. Custom frame type requests must be made at the time of order placement, as we are unable to modify the frame once the order is processed.

 

PRICES

All prices listed on our website are net prices. Discounts will only be provided during promotional periods.

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We accept payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Paynow, and Paylah. Rest assured, our billing processes are automated, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver them, we will promptly refund the amount paid. However, once an order is confirmed and submitted by the customer, we cannot entertain any cancellations.

 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

Upon successful submission of an electronic order, we will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours. If any items ordered are unavailable, we will promptly notify the customer for further action.

 

DELIVERY & EXCHANGES

DAMAGES DUE TO CUSTOMER MISHANDLING

It’s important to note that we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items damaged due to improper handling by the customer. Please exercise caution during mounting to prevent any damages to the item.
